Phase 1 Proposal

Altitude x TheBrave

Event Intelligence + Personalized Outreach

Duration
8 Weeks
Date
April 2026
Phase
1 of 2
Overview

Two systems. One goal.

This Phase 1 proposal outlines Altitude's engagement plan for TheBrave: building the intelligence and outreach infrastructure to turn event attendance and company signals into qualified conversations.

What's included

  • LinkedIn event scraper + scoring engine
  • Slack or Telegram agent for team queries
  • AI-powered personalized outreach generation
  • Clay/Apollo enrichment + Airtable integration
  • 8-week build with 4-week post-launch support

Not in this phase

  • Sending emails (BRAVE AMs send from existing flow)
  • Reply handling and classification
  • Meeting booking
  • CRM sync beyond Airtable
1

Event Intelligence Agent

An intelligent system that monitors and scrapes LinkedIn for people posting about or attending specific conferences, enriches them with contact data, scores by relevance, and delivers structured prospect lists through a chat-based agent (Slack, Telegram, etc.).

What we're building

  • Keyword-based monitoring and scraping of LinkedIn for people posting about, attending, or linked to specific conferences (including past attendees)
  • Conference app integration for validation
  • Apollo enrichment for contact data
  • Relevance scoring engine: partner attendance, team overlap, industry fit
  • Chat-based agent (Slack/Telegram) for the team to query events by name or keyword
  • Structured output per event: company name, POC, job title, trigger context, suggested messaging

What you get

  • Live event intelligence, always current
  • Scored and ranked events so your team focuses on the right ones
  • Ready-to-send outreach messages per attendee
  • Chat-based agent your team can query without leaving their workflow
2

Personalized Cold Outreach System

An automated pipeline that generates hyper-personalized first-touch emails using deep prospect research: LinkedIn activity, company news, podcast appearances, press mentions, job postings, and funding signals. Enriched through Clay and Apollo, with drafts pushed directly into Airtable for your AMs to review, edit, and send. The depth of research is what makes the messaging land.

What we're building

  • Clay and Apollo enrichment pipeline: LinkedIn activity, company news, podcast appearances, press mentions, job postings, funding rounds, and recent signals
  • AI-driven email generation using enriched prospect data
  • Personalization layers: role-specific, company-specific, timing-specific
  • Airtable integration: enriched drafts land where AMs already work
  • Review and approval workflow: edit, approve, send without switching tools

What you get

  • First-touch emails that reference real prospect activity, not templates
  • AMs spend time editing and sending, not researching and writing
  • Full pipeline from raw lead to ready-to-send email in one flow
  • Scalable system that improves as you feed it more data

Timeline

Week by week

8 weeks from kickoff to production handoff. Clear milestones, no ambiguity.

Week 0

Kickoff

Kickoff call to map and visualize the build together. Define exactly what BRAVE needs and wants. BRAVE delivers tool access (Airtable, Clay, Slack/Telegram, conference app, sample events, partner list, example emails).

Weeks 1-3

Task 1 Build

LinkedIn scraper, conference app integration, Apollo enrichment, scoring engine, Slack/Telegram agent. Full Event Intelligence system.

Week 4

Mid-Point Review

Joint review of the Event Agent against core scope. Deployed in Slack/Telegram, returns structured POC data, Apollo enrichment operational.

Weeks 5-6

Task 2 Build

Clay enrichment pipeline, Airtable integration, AI draft generation. Personalized first-touch emails from real prospect signals.

Week 7

Test + Tune

Voice tuning on generated drafts. End-to-end testing with real prospects. First live batch of outreach through the full pipeline.

Week 8

Production Handoff

Training, documentation, full ownership transfer. Both systems running on BRAVE's infrastructure.

Success Criteria

What "done" looks like

The system is considered delivered when the following criteria are met. These will be finalized together during the Week 0 kickoff so both sides are fully aligned.

Event Agent

When queried via Slack/Telegram with an event name, the agent returns a ranked list of enriched POCs who are posting about or attending the event, capturing the POCs discoverable through LinkedIn and provided conference app logins. Each POC includes company name, job title, LinkedIn URL, contact info where available via Apollo, and a trigger context line.

Draft Generator

When a record is flagged needs_draft in Airtable, a personalized first-touch email draft lands in the record, referencing at least one specific signal from the prospect's LinkedIn activity or company news within the past 60 days.

Production Stability

Both systems run on BRAVE's Hetzner infrastructure through a 7-day production test period in Week 8 without critical failures.

From Your Side

What BRAVE provides by end of Week 0

To hit the timeline, we need the following from your team before work begins.

  • Airtable admin/developer access
  • Clay credentials
  • Slack (or Telegram) workspace admin access + bot token
  • 1 conference app login (web-based) for validation
  • 2 sample events for testing (one BRAVE is attending, one not)
  • Partner list + target persona doc
  • 3-5 example emails that represent BRAVE voice
Infrastructure
