Event Intelligence + Personalized Outreach
This Phase 1 proposal outlines Altitude's engagement plan for TheBrave: building the intelligence and outreach infrastructure to turn event attendance and company signals into qualified conversations.
An intelligent system that monitors and scrapes LinkedIn for people posting about or attending specific conferences, enriches them with contact data, scores by relevance, and delivers structured prospect lists through a chat-based agent (Slack, Telegram, etc.).
An automated pipeline that generates hyper-personalized first-touch emails using deep prospect research: LinkedIn activity, company news, podcast appearances, press mentions, job postings, and funding signals. Enriched through Clay and Apollo, with drafts pushed directly into Airtable for your AMs to review, edit, and send. The depth of research is what makes the messaging land.
A clear path from kickoff to a system that runs on its own. You'll have visibility at every stage.
8 weeks from kickoff to production handoff. Clear milestones, no ambiguity.
Kickoff call to map and visualize the build together. Define exactly what BRAVE needs and wants. BRAVE delivers tool access (Airtable, Clay, Slack/Telegram, conference app, sample events, partner list, example emails).
LinkedIn scraper, conference app integration, Apollo enrichment, scoring engine, Slack/Telegram agent. Full Event Intelligence system.
Joint review of the Event Agent against core scope. Deployed in Slack/Telegram, returns structured POC data, Apollo enrichment operational.
Clay enrichment pipeline, Airtable integration, AI draft generation. Personalized first-touch emails from real prospect signals.
Voice tuning on generated drafts. End-to-end testing with real prospects. First live batch of outreach through the full pipeline.
Training, documentation, full ownership transfer. Both systems running on BRAVE's infrastructure.
The system is considered delivered when the following criteria are met. These will be finalized together during the Week 0 kickoff so both sides are fully aligned.
When queried via Slack/Telegram with an event name, the agent returns a ranked list of enriched POCs who are posting about or attending the event, capturing the POCs discoverable through LinkedIn and provided conference app logins. Each POC includes company name, job title, LinkedIn URL, contact info where available via Apollo, and a trigger context line.
When a record is flagged needs_draft in Airtable, a personalized first-touch email draft lands in the record, referencing at least one specific signal from the prospect's LinkedIn activity or company news within the past 60 days.
Both systems run on BRAVE's Hetzner infrastructure through a 7-day production test period in Week 8 without critical failures.
To hit the timeline, we need the following from your team before work begins.
These are the tools powering the system. Paid directly by TheBrave. Monthly costs in euros.
| Tool | Purpose | Est. Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Claude Max | Core agent compute | €90/mo |
| Clay | Enrichment baseline | €150/mo |
| Apify | LinkedIn and web scraping | €50-80/mo |
| Apollo | Data enrichment | €50-100/mo |
| Firecrawl | Page scraping | €20/mo |
| Hetzner | Hosting | €10/mo |
| Baseline total | ~€365-445/mo | |
| Perplexity (optional) | ~€20/mo | |
Phase 1 project fees. Monthly tooling costs listed separately above.
2 months for Tasks 1 & 2 (total €8,000)
Includes build, testing, and handover
Month 1 (€4,000) due at signature before work begins. Month 2 (€4,000) due at start of Week 5, before Task 2 build begins.
If the final system does not meet the Success Criteria at Week 8, Altitude continues work at no additional cost for up to 4 additional weeks until the criteria are met. If at Week 12 the system still does not meet the agreed criteria, Month 2 payment (€4,000) is refunded in full.
Following Week 8 delivery, Altitude remains engaged for one month to stabilize the system in real-world use. No additional cost.
New features, new data sources, or expanded scope move to Phase 2.
